The April 2019 quarterly LEED rating system and reference guide addenda is now available.
To view the changes:
- Visit the addenda database and search for 4/9/2019
- Visit the credit library and select the Addenda tab within each credit
- Download the reference guide tables
LEED Interpretations 10487 and 10488 apply to LEED v4.1 BD+C and ID+C projects that are regulated by ASHRAE Standard 90.1–2013 or IECC 2015. These interpretations provide an alternative when documenting the LEED v4.1 Energy and Atmosphere (EA) prerequisite Minimum Energy Performance and the LEED v4.1 EA credit Optimize Energy Performance.
LEED Interpretation 10489 provides an exemption for projects with smaller ventilation systems to comply with the particulate matter filtration requirements under the LEED v4 EQ prerequisite Minimum Indoor Air Quality Performance.
Rating system corrections were published for the LEED v4.1 Building Design and Construction, Interior Design and Construction and Operations and Maintenance rating systems.
Reference guide corrections were published for the LEED v4 Building Design and Construction, Operations and Maintenance and Homes Design and Construction rating systems.
