You want the best courses, and we've got them. Check out this month's best three courses to grow your LEED, green building and sustainability knowledge.

April's top three courses, created by USGBC Education Partners:

  1. Are Cool Roofs Green? The Answer's Not Black and White, created by Education Partner Building Green. Roofing choices are complicated by heating tradeoffs, climate effects and condensation, but proponents say reflective roofs still make sense in most climates. This course examines the debate and shows how to capture the most value from your cool roof.
  2. The New Work Force and Why Sustainability Is Important to Them, created by Education Partner Green Building Services. This course examines the ideal sustainable work environment and the social justice concerns of the millennial workforce. Learn about the social dynamics and differences between generations while exploring sustainability models to implement in the workplace.
  3. Architecture and Human Subconscious Responses to the Environment, created by Education Partner The Green Engineer. This webinar reviews recent scientific findings relevant to our behavior in and around buildings. We will look at our innate responses to edges, patterns, and shapes and discusses how the most successful green buildings in the 21st century will use this new science to good advantage.

Each course is available for individual purchase at $45. You can also access the courses through the Education @USGBC subscription.
