  1. Articulate the benefits to clients of building a zero energy-ready home which corresponds with LEED BD+C v4 Homes Credit EA Annual Energy use and energy savings.
  2. Understand the health and comfort benefits required in the DOE Zero Energy Ready program and how it ties into LEED BD+C v4 Homes Requirement EQ Ventilation.
  3. Review the durability details of this program that benefits the occupant welfare and safety and how it connects to LEED BD+C v4 Homes MR Durability Management
  4. Know where to go to get more information to meet the Zero Energy Ready Certification Program
  5. While we will focus mostly on single family and townhomes, this program does apply to multifamily, and this will be discussed.
