Objectives

  1. LEED PROCESS: Experience Arc in action at 1001 17th Street, a LEED Gold building since 2012. Understand how Arc moves LEED from prescription to performance and delve into how the platform works. Identify how Arc works for recertification, renews construction certifications, and is an option for buildings new to LEED. Learn tips on how to enhance the score and building performance
  2. Examine the Energy and Water Performance Score to LEED Certification Pilot Credit in the LEED v4 O+M Rating System. We will discuss how Arc moves from EA Prerequisite Minimum Energy Performance to the energy performance score, and how Arc moves from WE Prerequisite Minimum Indoor Water Use to the water performance score.
  3. Examine the Waste Performance Score to LEED Certification Pilot Credit in the LEED v4 O+M Rating System. We will look at options moving the MR Credit Solid Waste Management – Ongoing to the waste performance score.
  4. Examine the Human Experience Performance Score to LEED Certification Pilot Credit in the LEED v4 O+M Rating System. We will explore how this performance score captures IEQ Prerequisite Minimum Indoor Air Quality and IEQ Credit Green Cleaning – Products and Materials into the human experience performance score.
