Best Strategies to Reduce Light Pollution
The LEED v4 O&M rating system provides projects with easy-to-implement two optional light pollution reduction plans and rewards compliant projects with a maximum of one point through their certification process. Projects can also employ additional strategies, such as using LED lighting or motion sensors on outdoor lighting, to reduce light reduction levels even further.
