Objectives

1. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the performance data generated with the LEED for Communities v4.1 rating system and its relationship with ESG reporting.
2. Exemplify strategies that a community project can implement to accomplish and exceeding LEED for Communities and ESG goals through continuous improvement and community design and operation.
3. Discuss market impacts and benefits for the inhabitants and owners of a LEED certified Community.
4. Understand how to define and manage ESG objectives within a company and/or community and how to increase social and environmental performance, through circular economy and resilience.
