LEED for Homes is still seen as predominantly US targeted program, since it refers to many of US normatives and regulations, including the fact that the relevant verification bodies are also US based.
However, the objectives of our course are to provide useful tools, tips and explanations on how to successfully implement this program in Europe.
We intend to transfer the experience we gained through providing consultancy for projects certifying for LEED for Homes.
Aside from program requirement clarifications, these webinars will provide practical examples of how the rating system was applied to the projects certified in Europe. Conclusively, a comparison with the local normatives, regulations, forms and other significant local legislation will be provided.

  1. Understanding the process, requirements and intents of the rating system.
  2. Creating appropriate compliant documentation, along with alternative compliance paths for projects outside of US.
  3. Becoming familiar with the process planning for Verification team inspections
  4. How to integrate projects with local and/or regional regulations.
