Program description:Completed in September 2013 in New Albany Ohio, the Bob Evans new corporate headquarters is a $35 million LEED Campus project. Three buildings make up the new headquarters campus and together composes 201,000 square feet of building. The headquarters is the largest at 163,349 SF, followed by the shipping building (24120 SF) and the training building (13,515 SF) The three buildings are registered for LEED certification under the LEED 2009 for New Construction Rating System and the headquarters is projected to earn LEED Gold.

A panel consisting of the Owner, Architect, LEED Administrator, Engineers, and Builder discuss the successes and lessons learned for integrating sustainability into a brand, integrated envelope and systems design and the construction and documentation process associated with a LEED Campus.
