Seawall Development Corporation has worked for years to transform the Remington neighborhood.

Beginning with Millers Court, housing for Baltimore City teachers, and continuing with the Tire Shop (now Parts and Labor and Single Carrot Theater), Remington Row and now R. House, the evidence of their success is tangible. Their community driven development process has resulted in the renovation of row houses, provided attractive and affordable housing and promoted walkable and bike friendly living. Their attention to inviting and sustainable outdoor space enlivens the street and makes Remington a great place to live, work and play.
