Want to learn about hidden ways to achieve operational savings in your building?

Operations and maintenance budgets are often the most difficult to prepare for a building and it can be easy for organizations to miss out on simple long-term savings found through energy efficiency.

During this discussion, we will "tell it to you straight" by breaking down the technical lingo, discussing best practices, and discovering resources and support available through the City of Milwaukee to help you not only achieve energy savings but also reduce maintenance costs, avoid equipment failures and help your building run better.

Session goals

  • Simplify the discussion around energy efficiency strategies
  • Discuss preventive maintenance vs reactive replacement of equipment
  • Show you where to start to identify easy opportunities for savings
  • Help prioritize strategies and implementation
  • Introduce you to existing financing and incentive programs to help with implementation
  • Determine if your building qualifies for a free energy assessment through the City of Milwaukee's Better Buildings Challenge
  • Talk about your building team

Bring examples and situations from your buildings to talk through with experts and your building peers.

All are encouraged to register before June 12th to help with catering counts. Registration will remain open until June 20. Pledge to be part of the Better Buildings Challenge before the end of the event, and we will fully refund your registration fee!
