Want to know why hospital patients heal faster when they have views of the outdoors, or why you feel more productive in the office with daylight?

Join the USGBC Atlanta Emerging Professionals for an exciting discussion on Biophilia and its powerful impact on the built environment. Our highly accomplished co-presenters are Bonnie Casamassim, Professor at SCAD and Principal at Interweave People Place, and Tracy Backus, Director of Sustainable Programs at Teknion.

Together, Bonnie and Tracy will share their career progression and why Biophilia is important in the built environment, as well as present a few real-life examples that have been incorporated into existing buildings.

This event is free to attend and there will be light snacks and beverages provided.

Parking: Freeup to two hours in all parking decks below the building.
Public Transit: The location is about a 16-minute walk from the Arts Center MARTA station.
