Are you curious about how certain changes in LEED v4 affect costs on new construction or major renovation projects and the project design process, due to new prerequisites and raising the bar on credits? Then this workshop is for you!

Tony Hans and Meaghan Lepping of CMTA Consulting Engineers will navigate us through the differences between the LEED 2009 and LEED v4 rating system versions, and show what's new in LEED v4! A team from CMTA will discuss major changes that USGBC has made in the LEED v4 rating system, breaking down each section, highlighting real-world examples and giving cost examples. They will include details from the recent launch of LEED v4.1.

Continuing Education credit: Approved for 1 AIA LU|HSW and 1 GBCI CE hour

Refreshments will be provided!

*Free for new members: considering to become a USGBC Kentucky member? Contact Kirsten Swanson for free registration.
