About the tour:
Unstoppable Georgia is a non-partisan project from the filmmakers behind the Peabody award-winning film Chasing Coral and members of the Georgia community passionate about sharing this story with their peers. By bringing together hikers, divers, explorers, photographers, and trailblazers of all kinds to witness this epic tale documenting the loss of our reefs, we are inspiring conversation about the need for local environmental action and committing to raise our voices at the polls this election year.

About the film:
The team behind Chasing Coral has launched an innovative screening tour this spring in Georgia, where it was recently bestowed the prestigious Peabody Award. The film follows a team of divers, photographers and scientists out to photograph the elusive process of coral bleaching, a phenomenon happening at an unprecedented rate around the world from warming ocean temperatures. Chasing Coral took 3.5 years to make, features 500 hours of underwater footage, and submissions from over 30 countries.
