During the presentation attendees will learn about how to manage and grow food on an urban farm, educate the local community, set goals to make sustainable changes in diet and nutrition, connect people with locally grown foods, and other strategies to promote health and wellness.

The session will promote health and wellness through education on urban agriculture, diet and nutrition, and how to incorporate locally grown organic foods into a sustainable lifestyle. Garnish and Gather is providing a portion of the food as well as TLW providing some “green items” from the garden.
