Join USGBC Tennessee on May 25 to learn more about the Living Building Challenge.

This free course — "Living Building Challenge v3.1: A Visionary Path to a Regenerative Future" (GBCI: 0920012685) — will provide an overview and discussion of Living Building Challenge (LBC) certification.

This includes a description of the goals and values of the LBC to create buildings that are self-sufficient and remain within the resource limits of their site; that create a positive impact on the human and natural systems that interact with them; and that are healthy and beautiful.

Presenters Kim Shinn with TLC Engineering and Paul Marshall with Vanderbilt University will provide an introductory to intermediate level overview of the Living Building Challenge and other Living Future programs.

Please bring a brown bag lunch, and join us to learn more about how we can learn more about regenerative buildings through collaborative learning.

Continuing education (CE) hours — This course will provide 1 hour of general GBCI CE hours.
