The WELL Building Standard is a performance-focused system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health and well being including air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind. Our panel discussion will explore how this rating system is attempting to measure these qualities, the structure behind the rating system, and why this rating system was created.

From there, we will take an in-depth look at a project currently pursuing WELL certification under the Core and Shell typology. We will review why the project chose to pursue this certification, how WELL has impacted the design process, and what are some of the challenges involved with pursuing WELL Certification.
