Join USGBC South Carolina, for an exciting workshop at Furman University's David E. Shi Center for Sustainability. During the workshop, our guest experts will discuss the connections between LEED v4.1 and SITES (including a tour). We will also hear from Furman University on their campus sustainability initiatives.

  • 8:30 a.m. - Registration and networking
  • 9 a.m. - Sustainable SITES & LEED presentation by Rick Huffman, ASLA, Principal and Founder, Earth Design Inc.
  • 10:15 a.m. - Break
  • 10:30 a.m. - Furman Shi Center LEED & Sustainable SITES Tour (Two groups)
  • 11:45 a.m. - Break and lunch
  • 12:00 p.m. - Furman Sustainable Efforts Presentation by Weston Dripps (Executive Director, David E. Shi Center for Sustainability)
  • 1 p.m. - Workshop ends
