The Beloved Community, Denver’s first Tiny Homes community, is paving the way for innovative housing solutions for Denver’s homeless population. Join the USGBC Emerging Professionals for an afternoon with the folks who made this project happen, as well as a walking tour of the neighborhood surrounding the Tiny Homes Village. Representatives from Radian Inc-Placematters, The Urban Land Conservancy, the Beloved Church, and the City of Denver will make up our panel of affordable housing experts, who will discuss the problem of affordable housing the city is facing, and how this innovative solution came to life.

The EPs will be continuing the night with a happy hour after the event. Everyone is welcome to join!

*Note, the tour involves a walk of about 1 mile please come prepared with appropriate attire.
