USGBC Equity Summit (Fall 2020)

USGBC continues the listening and learning tour with a second Equity Summit.

This past spring’s inaugural USGBC Equity Summit was the first step in our yearlong listening and learning tour focused on the voices of our members and stakeholders. Attendees, spanning a wide range of industries and interests, let us know what was most important to them in terms of equity in the green building industry.

The fall Equity Summit convenes us for a continuation of this conversation with all new presentations from our community, Challengers, and Keepers of the Heart. Join us to add your voice!

All days will be recorded and summary reports will be shared with those who register.

Sign up to take part in the working groups. You must register before Monday, October 5 to be included in a working session.

Keepers of the Heart

Keepers of the Heart are a core group of individuals who represent and have historically championed USGBC’s work in equity. This team of leaders will lead conversations and carry the banner for the work that must be done—holding USGBC to high standard as we develop and implement the Equity Road Map.

Challengers and Champions

These participants represent the broader landscape of organizations and leadership working to advance equity. They will participate in the second day to present on their work and their landscape, challenge ideas and proposals from first day participants, identify gaps and opportunities.
