Ends On - February 9, 2018 - 4:30pm

Taught by the Sustainable Investment Group (SIG), the course includes all LEED v4 changes and SIG will provide in-depth overview of the recent changes to the LEED AP exam structure, the EBO&M rating system, real life project case studies, and mock exam question training that will prepare attendees to take the LEED AP+ O&M exam.

The LEED for Operations & Maintenance (Existing Buildings) Rating System helps building owners and operators measure operations, improvements and maintenance on a consistent scale, with the goal of maximizing operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts. LEED for Existing Buildings addresses whole-building cleaning and maintenance issues (including chemical use), recycling programs, exterior maintenance programs, location and transportation options of the building, and systems upgrades.

The LEED AP+ credential will make you more marketable to employers and clients, as it will confirm your knowledge about the green building industry, and your commitment to sustainability.
