A decent overview of the WELL Building standard; however, I wish example WELL Platinum and Gold buildings would have been included and discussed.

Good intro to the WELL being standard. The narrator is a bit dry but tolerable for me.

This is a good course that walks the student through the WELL Building Standard for New/Existing Interiors. There is a lot of good information here that is sure to help the practitioner. The PDF slides are helpful for notes and the additional resources provided at the end of the presentation are not to be missed.

While the lecture is given in a very clear, understandable talk, likely understandable for the largest audience possible all around the world, I found it a bit robotic and lacking a bit of engagement. However, the information provided is good and thorough and this benefit likely outweighs this small point.

I recommend this course to those working with the WELL Building Standard certifications and especially those involved with new and existing interiors. I do not suggest that you take this course if you are looking for an overall picture and understanding of the WELL Building Standard. There are more appropriate courses out there for that type of overview that will not overburden you with the detail that this course provides.

This was not an intermediate course. I promise you there will be a Biophilia II Feature coming up. This was basic.

The Happy, Healthy Spaces is a good course for someone who is interested in learning the basics of the WELL Building Standard. The runs through just about all of the 100 features of the standard and as other reviewers have noted attempts to cover a lot of material in a short amount of time. While this course does provide a one-hour overview of the WELL Building Standard, the inflection and slow speed of the narration make the course very difficult to listen to. The slides are provided as a download in the “Additional Resources” section of the course and would serve as both a good reference document and a good read for those who lack the patience to wait for the narrator to finish reading her script. I gave this course two stars because while the content of the course was spot-on, the delivery of the course was lacking in that it was painful to listen to the narration for 60+ minutes.

Informative and clear. Reader was slow and added little extra content. Would be better and faster to provide option to turn off audio and read narration in a pop up.

Narration was laborious at times. More info an the prerequisites and optimizations would be helpful. Maybe a few pictures of implementation of the concept.

This course provides a very high level overview of the WELL Building Standard. I recommend this for people who are very new to WELL, and those who want a basic understanding of the intent and features. Not all features are covered since the presentation related mostly to new/existing interiors, but nearly all of them are touched upon. The WELL building standard features a ton of new content which is difficult to fit in an hour presentation, so the presenter doesn’t go much in depth into each credit. Plenty of information is shared and is delivered in a clear, easy to follow way, but I am giving this only 4 starts just because this amount of content can be a bit dry and it was overall not a very dynamic presentation.
