Inquiry

We are working on the LEED documentation for credit IEQ6.1 and there is an A/V requirement for classrooms. The handbook says, "provide a lighting system that operates in two modes: general, and A/V." What is the definition of \'A/V\' mode? For example, the first classroom has two modes, 2 swtiches. However, the fixtures are perpendicular to the smartboard. The inboard row of lights can be switched off, and the outboard can be left on, and visa versa. Is that considered \'A/V Mode\'? The second has 4 modes. In this control strategy, the lighting located in front of the smartboard can be evenly reduced. In this scenario, 4 switches would be installed. Are both classrooms compliant with the criteria?
