Inquiry

SS 7.3(a) in the LEED for Homes Mid-rise Rating System requires the provision of low-emitting and fuel-efficient vehicles for 3% of the total vehicle parking capacity and provide preferred parking for these vehicles. According to the guidelines, low-emitting and fuel-efficient vehicles are defined as vehicles that are either classified as Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEV) by the CA Air Resources Board or have achieved a minimum green score of 40 on the ACEEE annual vehicle rating guide.\n\n Can a project earn this credit by meeting the requirement, but providing vehicles that meet the CARB Partial Zero Energy Vehicles (PZEV) and Ultra Low Emission Vehicles (ULEV) criteria?
