Inquiry

LEED for Homes Multifamily Lowrise projects are allowed to take the mild climate exception that allows them to not install whole-building ventilation systems in ASHRAE 62.2-2007, Section 4.1. Can Midrise projects also use this exception to not install whole-building, or whole-unit ventilation systems?
