Our Project team has noted variations between the VOC limits published in the LEED NC Version 2.1 Reference Guide and the current South Coast Air Quality Management District Rule #1168. The SCAQMD rule has been updated several times since the Reference Guide was published. To meet the requirements of this credit, which VOC limits should we be striving for, those published in the LEED NC version 2.1Reference Guide or the current SCAQMD rule #1168?
