In a state government residential building that we are attempting to certify we have identified a room with deck to deck partitions for storage of janitorial supplies and will be providing an exhaust fan for negative pressurization. One item the room does not have is a sink with plumbed drains for diluting cleaners. We don\'t anticipate having to dilute cleaners (note that we have submitted a credit interpretation requesting a waiver of concentrated cleaners for this residence). Also we plan on providing a written policy with instructions for use of the room. We hope that USGBC will accept the waiver of the sink for the corresponding point.
