What type of post-construction acoustical testing (e.g initial background survey, impact noise isolation, etc.), if any, is required to meet the EQp3 Minimum Acoustical Performance requirement if Option 1 (ANSI S12.60-2002) is pursued? The requirement on page 317 states that Annexes B through D are included; however, on page 322, annex E is referenced. Is annex E of ANSI S12.60-2002 part of the prerequisite requirement? If testing is required, how is the documentation handled since this is a design prerequisite?
