Inquiry

The Energy Star for Homes program in the Pacific Northwest has a lighting requirement based on watts per square foot. Can a project earn EA 8.3 by satisfying these requirements: "use any efficient light source and lighting design to reach 1.1 Watts per square foot." It also requires that every room include at least one hardwired fixture, a wattage assumption of 64 must be used for all incandescent lamps, and the total home square footage includes the garage.
