Inquiry
The FM Global Headquarters project is a new 350,000 SF office building, with detached parking garage, on a Greenfield site. The project is seeking to achieve SS Credit 5.1, which requires very specific "limits of disturbances" on the project, minimizing said disturbances to be within a maximum distance from proposed roadways, utility lines, storm-water management facilities, etc. Due to the existing topography changes, this project needs considerable amount of retaining walls in an effort to meet this LEED Credit requirement.
