Inquiry

Mid-rise Pilot credit SS 3.2 requires that roofing materials have an SRI equal to or greater than the prescribed values in Table 7 for a minimum of 75% of the roof area. The project, however, will have an array of black PV panels sitting on top of the roof. How is the area covered by the PV panels handled? Is this area included in the 75% roof area requirement for low-albedo roofing materials?
