Our project is a large scale master plan development of high density condominiums, lofts and brownstone style homes. It will be one of the first of its kind in Las Vegas. The site is 16.21 acres and has over 2.2 Million square feet of new development. When completed, the project will have a development density of 135,064 SF/acre. The project itself is creating a new community center on a large urban scale. Included in this residential development will be a wide variety of mixed use retail and services; all for public use and located at street level.
