This question is in regard to a small free standing series of retail or office building. As this is not a typical building pursuing LEED CS there are a few items that we will need clarified before pursuing the certification. 1. Can we apply LEED for campuses to a series of small retail or office buildings on the same site and submit as a single application through LEED CS? 2. If we build out a single tenant suite in one of the buildings as an example for the future tenants to follow, are the credits achieved applicable to all buildings including those that have not been built out with the sample suite? 3. What extent of commissioning is required for the prerequisite/ enhanced if the units are provided, but are not powered, nor are they connected to ducts yet? 4. If we may apply LEED for campuses to the series of buildings, and submit as a single application, can multiple plaques be purchased for each building?
