Inquiry

This measure involves plumbing a separate drain line system and control valves to allow the rinse cycle water to be used in the next wash cycle. The alternative requires laundry machines to operate to selectively direct rinse water to the inlet for other washers, or possibly a short term storage tank for use in the same machine in the next wash cycle. The wash cycle water would still be directed to the drain after each wash. Can we receive an initial indication from the council on whether this measure is worth developing an alternative method of analysis for, that is, does the council agree there is a potential for eligible energy costs savings for these items?
