This measure provides an energy monitor in each guest room to show how much electricity is used by the guest. This could include lighting, plug loads and possibly the heat pump or fan coil unit. The guest may receive a credit to their bill for using less than a predefined level of energy use. The positive feedback loop could result in behaviors that have a significant energy savings impact. Can the council clarify whether this measure is eligible for credit under LEED?
