Inquiry

Our project is part of a university campus, serving an actual programmed occupancy of 500 students, 100 faculty members and approximately 50 retail clients and employees. We assume five percent, or 33, of the occupants to be bicyclists. The project has an interview area on the third floor in which we are planning to provide 2 unisex showers available for all bicyclists. We could also provide showers in a building basement across a (wide) street, with exterior walls 100 feet apart, and with the closest building entrances 124 feet apart. Please advise how many showers total we need and how many of them, if any, could be in the building across the street.
