Building occupant is the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) which currently operates a fleet of alternative fuel vehicles that exceeds in number the alternative fuel total 3% capacity. These vehicles are currently refueled at a central refueling facility operated by the State of Arizona motor pool for all state operated alternative fuel vehicles. This facility is located 1/2 mile from the new building. It would be redundant to provide new facilities at the new building. We will document as part of the application submittal the details concerning the off-site refueling facility. Is it possible to capture this credit if it is intended that the vehicles parking at the new site will be refueled at the current existing off-site facility?
