Proposal: Our client has contracted with a Green-E certified power marketer for a supply of renewable power equal to 100% of the project\'s energy consumption. We feel that this commitment to the environment through total renewable energy should be considered exceptional performance since it is doubling the requirements set by the LEED Green Building Rating System.
