Our project is an addition to an existing facility and will provide 126 new guestrooms along with 6500 s.f. of new meeting space. There are no project requirements for additional parking and none will be built. The facility will share use of an existing parking garage on site. The owner would like to provide two electric recharge stations in the existing parking facility if this meets the intent of active encouragement of alternative fuel vehicles. As 0 parking spaces are required and 0 new spaces are provided, do 2 re-charging stations meet the requirement for 3%?
