Question regarding Credit EA 4, Ozone Depletion: Could the project get credit for this point if over 80% of the refrigerant used at the site has zero ODP, given the lack of, or at least limited, availability at this point in time of non-HCFC small commercial packaged equipment, which account for the other 20% of refrigerant used at the site?
