Inquiry

This project has many perimeter offices, most of which have operable windows. There are spaces, however within 15 feet of the perimeter that do not. The reference guide states that "all regularly occupied areas" must have 1 window per 200 s.f. Does having one room in this perimeter zone without a window disquality the project for this credit? How do you define regularly occupied (meeting room, copy room?)and is relief provided if an operable window is not desirable (prison cell). Table 1 in the reference guide would appear to not qualify as one room does not comply.
