Inquiry

This project will be supplied by chilled water generated from a central plant that uses chillers with CFCs, which is run by an independent company with which client has a contract. The client is currently trying to negotiate with this company a phase-out plan for CFCs. Typically you grant a 1 year phase-out for CFCs, presumably counting from the date the project has received certification. If we cannot meet this prescribed time-line, can we postpone our application to a future date until we work out a solution with the central plant? How long, after registering a project, can we postpone our application for LEED certification? Suppose it takes us another year after project completion to negotiate a plan with the Central Plant on the CFC issue, could we re-submt then?

Logging out the application..
