We are looking for further clarification as to what constitutes a "view" for this credit. We do have regularly occupied spaces at the basement level, but have incorporated light wells around the perimeter. The windows are within the height specified by the credit, and will look onto ivy-covered walls, 5.5 feet away. The light wells are 5\'\'-10" deep, and finish 6 inches below the bottom of the windows. At 5.5 feet in width, they would also allow a view to the surface, showing passers-by and landscaping. Please advise.
