The building has a low pressure HVAC system, which is designed to save energy. The system will not withstand the resistance of 85% filtration. As an alternative, we propose to provide 20% pre-filtration on the floors and 65% filtration at the unit during construction. This will provide the maximum protect for the unit and the supply side of system during construction given the low pressure energy efficient design. Does this meet the intent of the credit given that we comply with all the other requirements of the credit?
