In March 2009, the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) mandates Evaluations Ecohabitation to support Quebec builders in their LEED® Canada for Homes projects. In anticipation of this mandate, Emmanuel Cosgrove, Director of Écohabitation, had previously created in July 2008, the Evaluations Ecohabitation Company to manage the LEED® for Homes program.
