"The ideal reference to the practices of Green Building in the Arab world, and the most prominent NGO representative of Saudi Arabian Civil Society for Sustainable Development Goals."

The saaf® by Saudi Green Building Forum is designed to demonstrate the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s capacity and the world efforts through its national and international policies for the environmental impact of the built environment from generation to generation whilst encouraging design, construction and operation of clean energy, highly efficient water, building material, indoor air quality, and connectivity of sustainable infrastructure,
buildings and cities.
Introducing saaf® as a catalyst for change focuses on a green building practice and culture assisting in the development of a comprehensive collection of guiding systems and standards for the built-environment powered by four strategic pillars: saaf® Conference, saaf® Education, saaf® Projects, and saaf® Marketplace.
An initiative under the power of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques of
Saudi Arabia since 2010, instructed by Royal Decree No. 7095/mb, Non
Government Organization in Special Consultative Status with Economic and
Social Council at United Nations.
