Albert F. Rodriguez, AIA, LEED AP BD+C has over 35 years of professional experience in the design and construction fields. Mr. Rodriguez has been responsible for the design, construction document production and construction administration on a range of projects including multimillion dollar port facilities, school buildings, bank branch prototypes and operations centers, libraries and office buildings. Mr. Rodriguez has worked with both public and private clients on new construction, building additions and remodeling, as well as providing due diligence and feasibility support services for clients engaged in site selection for new construction. As a LEED Accredited Professional with a Building Design and Construction specialty credential, Mr. Rodriguez is well-versed in sustainability issues in construction, having served as administrator for LEED certified projects and performed building envelope commissioning services for several projects.
