As a Director and co-leader of Atelier Ten's largest US based office in New York City, Ben has extensive experience in sustainability consulting, masterplanning, urban ecology, and green development projects. In addition to directing the firm's US Benchmarking and Planning practices, he has consulted for a wide range of projects and clients including: Smithsonian Institute, Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, Museum of the American Revolution, Newark Airport/ Port Authority of NY/NJ, NYU Langone Medical Center, Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School, Northwestern University, NYU, Princeton University, Washington University in St. Louis, Yale University, and the Theatre for a New Audience. Ben is proud to have been named a recipient of ENR New York's 2015 Top 20 Under 40 rising stars award, which is given to those making a positive impact on the design and construction industry throughout the tri-state region.
Ben is also a Co-instructor of the Environmental Controls course for second year Master's of Architecture students within Pratt's Graduate Architecture & Urban Design program.
