Denise van den Bossche, Managing Director, LEED AP BD+C, ENV SP, ECO-Broker. Denise has a career exceeding 25 years. She has held licenses in B-1 large commercial construction, and NASD securities Series 7, 22 and 63. Her passion is in business development and sustainability.
Denise is a Legacy LEED™ AP BD+C (U.S. Green Building Council). She helped pioneer Arizona as the third USGBC Chapter, managing educational programs and serving as Program Chair, Vice-Chair and Central Phoenix Chair. She served on the National Program Committee for its annual Greenbuild conference several years, and served as the Phoenix Welcome Event Chair, coordinating a Chase Field venue featuring Al Gore.
Denise served as Director of Sustainability for the Phoenix Entertainment District, the Arizona Grand Prix, and Grand Prix Vegas. She listed Arizona’s first LEED™ Platinum, mixed-use commercial building as the State’s first LEED™ accredited real estate licensee, and co-founded the Colliers Corporate Environmental Strategies team. She has participated in several municipal green building programs & initiatives, and hosted a weekly public radio talk show discussing topics of sustainability. She has served as liaison for CleanMed and advocates LEED for Healthcare.
