Emily Guerra is a Green School Expert with experience public, private and charter K-12 schools. Emily has work with various schools districts to help individual schools obtain a Green School Recognition as well as many different awards and grants. Emily also worked with FAU-Pine Jog Environmental Education Center helping to develop and over see The Green School Recognition Program's Ambassador Program. She currently host Florida's Green School Committee monthly call along side with USGBC Florida and also holds a chair position USGBC South Florida . Emily's mission is to educate the youth on day to day simple improvements that makes huge impacts to the well being of our planet.
In addition to being a Green School Expert, Emily successfully owns and property manages commercial and industrial real estate holdings company. Her portfolio of properties includes truck terminals, distribution centers and retail centers across the midwest and Florida. Emily looks forward to combining both her careers to help advise and lead others to success in their journey in sustainability.
