Erica Letchford

  • AP-IDC Certified
  • AP-Homes Certified
Vancouver, BC Canada

Erica's work experience encompasses design and construction, in both the
commercial and residential realms. With a degree in Interior Design from
Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Erica achieved her LEED AP designation while
still in school.

Erica has been actively engaged in the green community in Vancouver,
especially with young and newly emerging professionals. While at Kwantlen,
she co-founded an Emerging Green Builders group (affiliated with Cascadia),
and then helped to form the Metro Vancouver EGB group, with a goal of linking
EGB groups across the lower mainland.

Erica has a particular interest in residential design and construction, and
was working with Smallworks Studios/Laneway Housing when the Laneway House
Bylaw was passed in Vancouver.

Erica moved into the building industry as a second career. Her previous work
experience as a theatrical stage manager started in her home town of
Edmonton, and expanded to include projects located all over Canada.

When not at the office, Erica can be found at home, working on her own
never-ending green renovation, or in her garden, hoping her veggies will grow
